My name is Grecia Palomares, I am a Fine Art Photographer.

Nevertheless, I started my career as a High Fashion model for the most famous Couturiers and Fashion Houses in the world, to name a few: Christian Dior, Valentino, Emanuel Ungaro, Thierry Mugler, Oscar de la Renta, Chanel, Margaret Escada, Christian Lacroix, John Galliano, Alexander McQueen, Olivier Lapidus, Roberto Cavalli, Etro, Farah Angsana... I modeled for the best magazines and private collections, traveled extensively to shows in Paris, Milan, New York, New Delhi, Egypt, Lybia, most of the Middle East and countless other countries in the world.

Modeling demanded to pose for the best photographers of the trade, and in the process I learned from them about how to focus on beauty and capture the moment, which inspired me to start taking pictures on my own.

Ever since, through my travels, I became passionate in finding the fleeting instants that allow me to obtain memorable images. Light and color, shadows, the circumstantial surroundings, people and their expressions, faces, textures, exotic landscapes, garments, and textiles, spontaneity in places of great historical or religious value, architectural wonders.

The process of discovery brought me to develop and refine my technique even deeper. It was time to show my work, so I presented and exhibited a collection of photographs at Pratt Institute and the International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York City.

As of now, I continue expanding my vision of the world sharing it to beautify the places we live in, complement collections and enhance architectural designs.

A limited collection of images is here to be discovered and enjoyed as much as I enjoy offering it to you.

May the power of my contrasting creation, light, color and lust for life, enrich your soul and views of your own space.
